About the project
Project Kapkan is an internal product for marketplace sellers built to accelerate the launch and scaling of Wildberries stores. The service was designed to reduce manual work when creating product listings: users can quickly build a store from existing cards, mass-copy positions, adapt descriptions, and generate new infographics with AI. The main emphasis was on infographic generation — one of the most labor-intensive parts of working with product cards.
The Challenge
We needed to research the seller and marketplace manager audience to understand which tasks require automation and what a product should look like to relieve routine work. The goal was to deeply understand user scenarios: how cards are created, copied, adapted, and which elements can be automated with AI.
